order through to us or by printing the order
and sending it through to us. |

If you have placed your order
on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to
confirm that we have received your order. The
email confirmation will be produced
automatically so that you have confirmation of
your order details. The fact that you receive
an automatic confirmation does not necessarily
mean that we will be able to meet your order. |

We try to make sure that the
prices on our website are accurate but we will
need to validate the price before we process
your order. We also aim to display items which
are in stock, as of the date shown, and which
can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are
unable to supply a particular item which you
have ordered or if the correct price for an
item is different from the price on your
order, we will notify you as soon as we can
after receiving your order. If this happens,
you may cancel your order and we will refund
you any money which you have paid. |

delivery costs automatically to addresses in
the UK and Ireland before you submit your
credit card details. |

secure, your credit card details will be
encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone

The prices displayed on our web
site are in british pounds. The total amount
will be charged to your credit card in British
pounds. |

We currently debit money from
your account within one working day after we
have received your order. |

| Returns |
|

If you are not satisfied with the
items you receive, please notify us by email,
within 24 hours of receipt, providing the following

return the item |

We will then email you a returns confirmation number
to be included with the item and the address to return it
to. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. |

Returned items must be in their
original packaging. |

We recommend you obtain a proof of
postage certificate from the post office, as we
cannot take responsibility for goods lost in the
post. We would recommend that you use recorded
delivery as this requires a signature. |

We do not refund the cost of
return postage, unless the return is as a result
of our own error, or the whole order was faulty. |

If you wish to cancel your order
before dispatch or exchange or refund any items,
you are asked to contact us, by telephone or
email as soon as is practicably possible. |

For health reasons, we are unable
to accept returned pierced earrings. This
includes necklace and earring sets. |

|
|
Please also note that refunds
will NOT be given on products that have obviously
been worn or used for hair trials before return.
If products become faulty through the course of
your hair trial, responsibility lies with your
Hairdresser and NOT with Irish wedding dreams |
